In conjunction with the Chinese New Year, OGDC dedicated the month of February as the 'Chinese Month'. The exhibition with the theme Chinese Cultures and Inventions are available in the Gallery Building of OGDC starting from the 1st February until the 28th February. You can come and visit OGDC anytime during our working hours.
As to initiate the Month of Chinese, OGDC invited the Foo Chow Association to present their lion dance performance inside the OGDC Gallery Building as well, on the 1st February at 2.00 pm. The spectacular show was definitely loved by everyone that came on that day.
In addition, we also have other activities for this month, which includes the Calligraphy Demo and Competition, the Dragon Puppets and Abacus, and the Decorative Lantern and Potato Stamp. You can check the OGDC calendar or you can contact us directly for any information for the activities allocated for this month.
Lastly, we would like to wish Happy Chinese New Year and may everyone be blessed with happiness and good fortune.
